Hey, I'm Jess - founder of Become Bodywise. I’ve been a size 20 and I’ve been a size 4.

I spent years in that ‘all-or-nothing’ mindset, obsessing over food, trying every diet under the sun – you know the ones, yep – done them all!

I lost the weight; I regained the weight.

I starved myself to the point I lost my periods but I thought I had to look a certain way to fit. What I didn’t know then was I wasn’t getting to the root cause of the problem. It wasn’t until I really worked on myself both
inside and outside of the gym, my mental health and my relationship with food that I finally achieve got to where I wanted to be…happy & body confident.

Now, I use everything I’ve been through and what I’ve learned as a qualified PT to help other women who find themselves feeling how I once felt. I do it because I know how hard it can be, I’ve been through the struggles, the highs and low and the constant battle in my mind over food.

It’s not as easy as “eat less, move more” – there are so
many impacting factors we as women face when it comes to weight loss and I am dedicated to helping other women finally feel happy & body confident to.

Hey, I'm Jess - founder of Become Bodywise, and those photos are me. At my biggest, food CONSUMED my life!

What to eat, what not to eat, when to eat, when not to eat. I'd sit on the sofa battling thoughts in my head.

I'd join the local slimming clubs, buy the gym membership, and PROMISE myself I would 'sort myself out'...a few weeks later I was back to binging and hating myself to failing again. I felt like shit - physically and mentally.

I was f*cking fed up with it all! I thought I had a weight issue - it turns out it was so much more than that - it was my mindset, mental health & my relationship with food - it was my way of coping when my Nan passed away.

Life is VERY different today

I've spent years working on myself - therapy, counselling, mental health courses, understanding myself, and why I used food as comfort and a crutch. Food is no longer something that has control over me.

I eat what I want, the things I enjoy. I don't deprive myself...I still fucking love food. My relationship with food is SO different.

That's why I work my arse off to help other women who feel like I once did because it's bloody hard and I really do get it.

I want others to escape that all-or-nothing cycle and stop feeling like shit about themselves.

Do I need to be fit before starting your program?

Absolutely not! Our coaching is designed for women at all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or getting back on track, we’ll meet you where you are.

Will I have to follow a strict diet or cut out my favorite foods?

No way! We believe in flexible nutrition. You’ll learn how to enjoy all your favorite foods while still reaching your goals—no guilt, no restriction.

How quickly will I see results?

Every woman is different, but many of our clients start feeling stronger, more energised, and notice changes within a few weeks. Sustainable progress is our goal, not overnight fixes.

Is this program suitable if I have a busy schedule?

Yes! Our coaching is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. Workouts and nutrition plans are flexible, so you can make progress even with a packed calendar.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching or group programs?

We found that ladies achieved better results when they trained as part of a small group which is why we only offer Small Group sessions. Having like minded women cheering you on makes all the difference,

How will this be different?

We create a bespoke program based on your circumstances, we'll hold you accountable, and you'll get direct, unlimited support from Head Coach, Jess, Head of Client Success, Kim, and an assigned Success Coach so you're never alone.

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

Our Small Group PT sessions are held at the gym, Lionz Den, so no need to bring anything. If you'd like a home workout, just let us know what equipment you have and we can create a program to accommodate any current equipment - there is no need to buy anything.

How do I get started with Become Bodywise?

Simply book a free consultation with us! We’ll chat about your goals, answer any questions, and see if we’re the right fit to help you achieve lasting results.

Can I still join if I have an injury or health condition?

Yes, but it’s important to discuss this with us first. We’ll work with you (and your healthcare provider if needed) to create a safe, effective plan that supports your health.
